2. CSV file handling in Excel 2000 on XP is severely unwell. It does not even seem to be able to reliably import files it has just exported. This is unlike Japanese and Simplified Chinese which are fine provided, of course, one sets the magic option on the Advanced tab of the Regional and Language Options control panel and reboots, giving one time to go and get another coffee. Maybe it would work better with a proper Korean copy of Excel. I don't think I will try, however.
