When Welsh music is outlawed, only outlaws will play Welsh music

Hadn't seen any news about this at all. As far as I can see, the PRS cut the payments for radio broadcasts on BBC Cymru (due to classifying BBC Cymru as a local station), so a bunch of bands have left the PRS to form a new collection society, EOS. So as from January 1st BBC Cymru is not playing any Welsh language music - they have cut the hours and are playing hymns and classical music instead. Just like the old days of needle time.
