Bill Heine

I was listening to BBC Radio Oxford in the hope of finding out why I wasn't going anywhere on the A4074 near the ring road. I have to say that although Bill Heine has a bit of a reputation for being a bit of a git, he is excellent at jollying the semi-articulate callers to his phone-in along.
One of the callers was saying 'the roads into Oxford are dreadful' and Bill, whilst jollying him along, managed to reel off the names of the Botley, Woodstock, Banbury, London, Cowley, Iflley and Abingdon Roads (in correct clockwise order).
