Germany - where operating systems go to die

Whilst looking up Jean-Louis Gassée on the Interweb (looking for the spelling of his name so I could include it in the well known Monkee's song 'I saw Jean-Louis Gassée, now I'm a Be leaver'), a bit of random browsing around showed up the little known fact that a company in Germany has the rights to BeOS (but not the name) selling it under the name YellowTAB ZETA http://yellowtab.com/products/

It has obviously entered the same strange half-life as OS/2 which can be bought as eComStation.

Strange.

In other news, I am pleased to see that Squeak is available for OSX http://www-sor.inria.fr/~piumarta/squeak/index.html

Remember, Oceania is at war with Eastasia, Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia.
